Christmas Preparation List
Preparing for the Christmas holidays begins the day after Christmas — or it should. It is the best time of the year to get great deals on Christmas supplies. Most of us, who shop the day after Christmas, end up with left over gift wrapping paper and cheap supplies. Shop wisely. Buy only those things that are quality.
For the rest of us, now is the time to begin the Christmas list.
In preparation for the holiday season, make a list of everything you can think of that you can do early in the season. Here are a few hints:
- Decide on a live tree or an artificial one.
- Select a Christmas tree stand appropriate for the tree.
- Check the Christmas lights.
- Select the ornaments or sort through the ones you have.
- Shop for gift wrapping paper and tags.
- Buy ribbons and bows based on the wrapping paper selections.
- Order a few “how-to” books to get ideas.
- Decide on a wreath for the front door. Live or artificial? Why not make one?
With the list as a place to start, get busy.
